Picture Matters is pleased to introduce a new photographic artist, Garrett Byrum!
As a product of Southern Californian upbringing, Garrett grew up enjoying the outdoors and an active lifestyle. He became a car enthusiast at a young age, later attending Brooks Institute of Photography, where he took those early interests and transformed them into a talented career of photography.
